Technology of processing of tin-lead ashes

Application: recycling of tin-lead ashes with subsequent use of products obtained to produce a rod of solder and alloying additive during the production of alloys.

Advantages: the ability to replace expensive tin for making solder and alloying additives with 30 % reduced production cost and waste is disposed of.

Key features: the technological scheme of processing of copper slag includes a number of opera­tions. This includes the separation of large lump materials, selective grinding of the ashes followed by the separation of heavy and light metal dispersed fractions and using the obtained materials for the manu­facture of bar solder and alloying additives.
