Technology and equipment for dry isostatic pressing

Application: manufacturing of parts with coating of metallic and non-metallic powders.

These parts are filters for coarse and fine purification of liquids and gases, ceramic tools and crucibles, details of heavy alloys etc.

Advantages: high performance (15–100 items per hour); there is no phenomenon of surface pores closing; low cost of energy-power pressing; low cost and small size of equipment; steel intensity has been reduced.

Key features: various geometric shapes of parts with length up to 1000 mm and transverse dimen­sions up to 120 mm; compression pressure up to 150 MPa.
