Technique for partial substitution of fine natural sand with recycled aggregates (granite screenings) in concrete

Application: preparation of concrete mixtures, production of concrete products and structures.

Advantages: high quality of concrete and reduced consumption of cement.

Key features: the technique provides partial substitution of fine natural sand with large fractions of granite screenings. It allows to increase the strength of concrete on 20–50 %, to increase frost-resist­ance in 2–3 times, to increase resistance to salts and chlorides and water resistance, to reduce the con­sumption of cement up to 10–20 %.
