Manufacturing technology of wear parts of working bodies of agricultural machinery by means of methods of hot plastic deformation

Application: production of wear-resistant parts of working bodies for tillage and forage machines by methods of hot plastic deformation.

Advantages: technology and tools could be freed metal-cutting machines from the production, eliminate the cost of purchasing a special tool, will improve the cutting ability of the elements in 1.1– 1.3 times, and wear resistance up to 20–30 %.

Key features: the technology provides hot rolling or forging of semi-finished product with the subse­quent sharpening of the cutting edges by grinding instead of machining milling.
