The laser cutting machine LaserCUT-2000 is used for a wide spectrum of technological operations including cutting and welding of a sheet material, and also for hardening of separate contours of details with constructional and stainless steel and constructed on the basis of the most advanced innovative decisions both regarding laser technologies, and regarding co-ordinate and hardware-software systems. Fiber-optical lasers of firm IRE-POLUS (IPG Photonics) perfectly proved the in systems of industrial welding and cutting, and advantages 3-coordinate systems on the basis of a direct drive give the guaranteed reserve on all accuracy and dynamic characteristic, providing reliable long-term operation of the equipment in workshop conditions.

* - Accuracy of the detail cut out from sheet depends on properties of a material and degree of its heating. The length of measurement 1м is measured according to standard VDI/DGQ 3441.


Machine has a gantry design, movement 3 х1,5 m, are equipped by fibre-optical lasers capacity from 0,6 kw to 2 kw, additional axes Z, F1, C1 and the gauge of tracking a surface of sheet metal, cooled optical head with collimator and replaceable nozzles for a supply of cutting gas.

Linear and rotary synchronous servomotors are used as a drive in an aluminium profile with built-in linear position sensor and guideways, protected from sparks and drops of the fused metal high-temperature bellow.

Because of direct drive the machine are characterized by high speeds of travel and the accelerated course to 120 m/mines, high static and dynamic accuracy, absence of backlash.

The high peak force of linear motors and rigidity of a framework provide demanded accelerations up to1,0 g, necessary for increase of productivity of the machine tool at cutting details with small radiuses radius and sharp corners.

The used software, CNC and controllers manufactured are characterized by completely digital control of a drive, compatibility with widespread programs CAD-CAM of optimization sheet cutting, interpretation of standard formats of commands of moving in a G-code, and also the spline-interpolation, allowing to carry out cutting any curvilinear trajectories without a time-lapse stop, that essentially raises productivity of the machine tool.

While in service laser machine LaserCUT made by Ruchservomotor is proved as the exact, high-efficiency and reliable equipment completely corresponding to requirements of modern manufacture.
