Composite materials with macroheterogeneous structure for parts operating under high specific load

Application: for manufacturing of any geometric shape and size parts (including bimetallic) operating under high specific load.

Advantages: manufacturing details (such as guides, worm wheels, bushings, sliding bearings etc.) are able to operate under high loads in aggressive environments, dusty, humidity, high temperature (up to 500 °C) longer than details made of traditional tribological materials. Secondary alloys can be used to manufacture these composite materials.

Key features: compression strength more than 1000 MPa; wear ≅0,01 μm/km; friction coefficient (dry friction) – 0.06–0.1.
