Capillary-porous structures for heat pipes on the basis of biporous nanostructured ceramics

Application: thermal stabilization of devices in the power semiconductor devices, electrical ma­chines, instrumentation modules of radio-electronic equipment for various purposes.

Advantages: increased evaporation coefficient, low thermal resistance.

Key features: transport pores with an average size of 22 microns, providing the value of the perme­ability coefficient (18.5–21.4) × 10–13 m2 and nanoporous structure (the average size of the nanopores of 4.7 nm) with specific surface area of 120 m2/g.
